Timothy Kremchek, M.D.
Team Medical Director

For over 25 years, Dr. Kremchek has served as the Team Medical Director for the Cincinnati Reds, their minor league affiliates, and dozens of local college and high school athletic programs. He delivers the same pro-quality care to all patients, from young athletes to older adults. His specialties include sports medicine and orthopedic surgery.

On-site evaluation of acute injuries, immediate first aid, and evidence-based treatment protocols for all sports.
Return-to-Play Protocols
Structured rehabilitation and return-to-play progressions to ensure athletes come back safely and at full strength.
Physician Coordination
Direct coordination with Beacon Orthopaedics physicians for referrals, second opinions, and surgical follow-up care.

Kelsey Boggs
Certified Athletic Trainer
Kelsey currently serves as a Certified Athletic Trainer at Kings High School. Originally from Eastern Kentucky, she has resided in the Cincinnati area for the last five years. She received her Master's in Athletic Training in 2022 from Xavier University. In her free time, Kelsey enjoys golfing and spending time with her family.
Casey Berglund
Certified Athletic Trainer
Casey is a local to the Cincinnati area. He graduated from Ohio Dominican University in 2023 with his undergraduate degree in Exercise Science. He earned his master's degree from the University of Cincinnati in Athletic Training in 2025. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his friends and family as well as watching baseball and football.
